The second chapter of Jonah taught how God hears our prayers, even when it doesn’t feel like it. Last week we studied how no matter what we have done, God wants to use us and our gifts to further the Kingdom. This week we see how God reacts to our tendency to feel sorry for ourselves.

Sep 14, 2014God Hears our PrayersSeries: The Book of JonahLast week we started a series on Jonah. In the first chapter of Jonah we learned that we could not escape the presence of God and God wanted to be with us no matter what. Today as we continue learning about Jonah, we will look at prayer and how God hears our prayer. Jonah’s prayers where heard from the depths of the sea. Our prayers are heard from where ever we are, from the mountain tops to the depths of our souls. May God enrich us through this worship.
